A story of a 23, student entrepreneur, we’ll call her an illustrative. Nidhi, her problem she was told that she cannot be a business woman in a male dominated society & that she could not be accepted at a family for making bold career choices. Her career prospectus looked desert but she knew that oasis was in the vicinity & found her confidence grew when she decided to focus on her goals in-spite of all the odds. Coming from a family of Doctors & engineers Nidhi discovered her passion in the field of business & completed her education in the business background.

Since the world is different post covid-19, what are the changes your business would adapt?

The pandemic has pushed the world towards digitization from conferences to classes to meetings & interviews almost everything has entered a virtual world features such as interactive live sessions & real time reporting help connect various business’s & other platforms on a personal level enabling customers to attend events from both desktop & smartphones.

How do you plan to sustain in the industry?

I believe that it is essential to know the customer acquisition cost in relation to lifetime value, your business model can only be sustainable if you can hold on to the customers once you have acquired them. focus, quality & consistency would be the main key factors..
